Refund/Return Practice

Registrations or Tickets purchased from NorthRidge Church are refundable only if the Event is cancelled by NorthRidge Church and/or NorthRidge Ministries, Inc.

Web "downloadable" purchases are non- refundable. NOTE: Online Orders that have been programmed for immediate "download" access are non-refundable. User issues or inability to use the Online Links provided for a purchased "download" are non-refundable.

Within (30) days of purchase, products bought through NorthRidge Church (CD’s, DVD’s, Printed Materials only) may be returned [in their originally packaged condition]. Valid returns will be processed for a Credit to the purchaser. The return Credit is less "shipping and handling charges of $10.00" [for USPS/UPS delivered products] and/or a "5% Credit Card Processing" fee.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, please return the product to the Resource Center or call 734.414.7777 for connection to a Customer Service Representative. NOTE: You must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to NorthRidge Ministries, Inc. NorthRidge Ministries, Inc. is not liable for claims of non-receipt of merchandise resulting from an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are automatically reviewed by our accounting department. Fraudulent claims of "unauthorized card usage," are automatically reported to the national Credit Card Services.
