Getting Started with Small Groups Outreach

  1. Decide where you would like to serve.
  2. Pick 1 person from your group to be the contact person with the organization. **It is important that ONLY 1 person is the primary contact. More than 1 person contacting means more work for the organization.**
  3. Contact the organization. **Ask how you can help, and when. Be respectful of the organizations request and hours. We are going there to help, not to create more work for them.**
  4. Set a date that works for most people. **It can be hard to get everyone involved, ty to get most of your group to participate.**
  5. Pray before you serve, be respectful of the organizations requests and serve with joy! Remember, you serve as an extension of NorthRidge Church.
